Marie, Northeastern Ontario Construction Association Plan Rooms, North Bay Construction Documents Depository. Contractors and Suppliers wishing to receive tender documents for this project or electronic drawings in pdf format are requested to contact the Consultant: J.L. Richards & Associates Limited E-mail: projectsnorth@jlrichards.ca A $50.00 non-refundable deposit made payable to the Consultant is required for each set of tender documents printed.
