Welcome to the District School Board Ontario North East Bid Opportunities Website
This site allows potential Bidders to create a Bidding System Vendor account. Bidders select commodity codes for goods and services and the Bidding System will notify the Vendor by email of Bid opportunities matching their commodity code selection.
Public tenders, bids and request for proposals are posted on this website.
Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their Vendor account information is kept current.

Important Information
Effective May 4th, the provincial government has now allowed construction to resume in Board properties but under strict health and safety guidelines. Bids for all currently posted projects and potential future ones are continuing to be accepted up to the stated closing dates. Due to ongoing COVID-19 concerns and the necessity for safe distancing, public attendance will not be available for tender bid openings. We will record and provide a list of the bidders and the bid amounts. This list will be made available to those bidders on the projects that they have submitted a bid on.

All bids posted prior to May 15, 2019 on Biddingo.com will be processed to completion using Biddingo and current bidding instructions and processes.
All bids posted as of May 15th will be on the bids&tenders platform. The change will require traditional paper based submissions to start, with transition to online submissions on July 2, 2019.
